Delivery: Target delivery within seven calendar days after the agreed scope, deposit and complete customer content are received. Delays in customer content or approval move the delivery date.
Any additional work needs an agreed quote before it begins. No payment is taken on this website — every payment is by invoice.
Separate, ongoing costs
These are not part of the £375 build fee. Third-party charges depend on the provider, plan and renewal terms. We confirm the required services, current costs and billing arrangements in writing before you commit.
Website hosting / platform
Where your website runs. Usually a subscription paid to the platform or hosting provider.
Domain registration & renewal
Your web address (e.g. yourbusiness.co.uk). Registered with a registrar and renewed on their terms.
Business email mailbox (optional)
An inbox like hello@yourbusiness.co.uk, from a provider such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. A domain does not include a mailbox on its own.
Automated website emails
Messages a website sends automatically, such as form notifications. Sending these does not give you an inbox.
Ownership: the required services, their costs, who is billed, who owns each account and how handover works are all agreed in writing before work starts.
